This was an amazing find and offered more than I thought. Loved the layout and it’s surrounded by great food. Definitely worth the price & Jen was the perfect host!

Great house! Large enough for a family or get together, but was perfect for just the three of us too. We greatly enjoyed being able to sit in the peace and quiet on the roof deck and enjoy the Nashville skyline. We enjoyed a game from the cabinet when we were winding down. This is close by everything and easy to get to. The parking was spacious. We would definitely stay again!!! Also - we can only comment as to two of the beds, but when we took the sheets off to wash, we checked what the brand of both mattresses were because they were SO comfortable!! The sheets, mattresses and comforters - 10/10 for sleeping!!

Nice place in a good area that’s close to everything! Host was responsive and provided some great recommendations for local restaurants and bars. Would recommend for out of towners!

The units were beautiful, homey and comfortable. We really enjoyed our weekend there. It’s convenient to grocery stares, shopping and the downtown nightlife. It was very clean. Thank you for helping make the weekend special. We had a blast!

My family had a lovely trip to Nashville. We had no problems getting to as well as checking into the property. Lots a nice restaurants close by and a quick drive to downtown Nashville. Under ten dollars for the ride share trip. You could possibly walk it but for under ten dollars was way more convenient. The house was exactly as advertised and the host gave an amazing amount of recommendations of local places to go. We look forward to returning to Nashville and will book again at the property.

Very nice place with plenty of room for my crew! I loved all the available beds and the decor of the home. We were very close to downtown without all the traffic. Host was great and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

I had such a wonderful experience at this Airbnb. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful—from the smooth check-in process to the helpful local recommendations. The location was perfect: peaceful, but still close to great shops and restaurants. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Spent 2 nights with another couple we travel with frequently. Everything with our stay was great. Cool property a short UBER ride from Broadway. Host provided clear check in instructions & was very good overall at communicating. Definitely would stay here again!!

the air bnb was perfect! the only thing is if you have a big vehicle (large suv or truck) it is hard to park. the air bnb was clean, free of unnecessary clutter and roomy!!

My children and I absolutely LOVED our stay in Jen's home! We wished we could have stayed longer, but it was booked already! There was plenty of space for everyone, the bathrooms were clean, the neighbors were friendly, and the home is located within minutes of several local attractions. From the time that I booked, until the moment we left, Jen was responsive and kind. I definitely recommend that you stay here on your visit to Nashville!!
